At Opalglitz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund and returns process. Please review the following guidelines for returns and refunds.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.

Exclusions:

  • Items that have been worn or damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.
  • Custom or personalized jewelry items are not eligible for returns unless defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with details and supporting photos. We will assist you in processing an exchange or a full refund.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the item back to us using the return instructions provided.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a return shipping label and either offer a replacement or a full refund.
